Hi, I’m Eli Karnash, a senior at Hempfield Area High School with a passion for music, theater, and leadership. Whether I’m performing in band, choir, or on stage, I love connecting with others through the arts. My goal is to continue growing as a musician and pursue a career in music education.

Band

I’ve been part of Hempfield’s band program all through high school, playing trombone in marching band, jazz band, and wind ensemble. Serving as section leader and band president has given me the chance to lead, encourage others, and grow as a musician.

Choir

Choir has been such a meaningful part of my high school experience. From performing as a soloist to serving as male vocal captain in show choir, I’ve loved using my voice to connect with others through music. In my senior year, I participated in WCMEA County Chorus as well as PMEA District and Region Chorus.

Theater

Theater has given me the chance to tell stories, try new roles, and work with amazing people. I participated in the ensemble in The Addams Family, played Billy Crocker in Anything Goes, Oberon in Midsummer Jersey, and Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
